According to Josephine Mainvil Arriet: On Labor Day weekkends we'd go to Capistrano to watch handball games and visit both Oyharzabal families. Dad came to the USA in 1905. Quite sure he went to Capistrano first as Oyharzabals are from Hasparren. From Capistrano went to LA and worked at Brooks Whiskey "Vaseinia" bottle opener.

Before going to America Catherine gave birth to a son, Dominique Mainvil, 1906-1907.
During this time the Mainvils had as neighbors Baptiste Duguine (father of Xemartin Duguine who married Rosalie Duhalde.)
From Haranbouru Jeanne Marie Mainvil got married and went to Galerianborda which is about 2-3 kilometers away.
The oldest sister, Marie Mainvil, after marrying Raymond Duhalde, remained at Haranbouru. There she gave birth to her three oldest sons. Then in 1915 she "received" her niece, Mary Louise Dachary. (Mary Louise Dachary's mother, Jeanne-Marie died at her birth.)
Marie Mainvil Duhalde's husband, Raymond, was gone to war leaving father Dominique the only male at this house.

From another source Janice Mainvil, in 1986, learned that Dominique Mainvil died 28 July, 1873 which is a different date from other sources. Perhaps another Dominique?
